E-Safety at Harlesden Primary School

At Harlesden Primary school, our children learn about staying safe online through assemblies, workshops, and the ICT curriculum. We follow the SMART rules.

Ensuring your child stays safe online at home is also of extreme importance to us. We therefore, advise you to be vigilant and aware of what your child is doing when they go online and which sites they are visiting.

I would like to remind you that the legal age for using any of the following social media sites; INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, FLIPAGRAM, MUSICAL.LY and SNAPCHAT is thirteen. As a parent, you bear full responsibility for ensuring your child is using the internet responsibly and safely.

E-Safety News for Parents

We all know that online safety is very important but it is sometimes difficult to know how to ensure children remain safe when using the internet. Harlesden school strives hard to ensure staff, students and parents are aware of all the issues and how to address any concerns.
